# Wix Integration Setup

Connecting your Wix website to our platform allows you to enable "Pay with Helix-Pay" during checkout. Due to the specific requirements of the Wix environment, this integration involves adding custom code to your Wix site.

**Pair Programming Service:**

To ensure a smooth and correct setup, we offer a dedicated **pair programming service**. Our team will work directly with you to implement the necessary custom code within your Wix store environment. This is the recommended approach to guarantee functionality.

## Setup Process

The setup involves configuration in both our platform and your Wix site:

1. **Create Integration in Our Portal:**
  * Log in to your account on our platform.
  * Navigate to the **Configuration -> Environment -> Integrations** page.
  * Click to create a new Wix integration.
  * Follow the prompts to name and save your Wix integration configuration.
2. **Obtain Your Integration Key:**
  * Once the integration is successfully created in our portal, a unique **Integration Key** (or API Key) will be generated and displayed.
  * **Copy this key securely.** You will need it for the Wix setup step.
3. **Add Custom Code to Wix (Pair Programming Recommended):**
  * Schedule a session with our team for the **pair programming service**.
  * During this session, we will guide you or implement the required custom code snippet into your Wix site's developer environment.
  * This code is designed to capture relevant events (e.g., form submissions, orders, specific user actions) and send them securely to our platform.
4. **Insert Integration Key into Wix Code:**
  * As part of the custom code implementation (during the pair programming session or if done manually following our guidance), the **Integration Key** you copied in Step 2 needs to be inserted into the appropriate place within the Wix custom code. This securely links your specific Wix site to your account on our platform.


## Monitoring Events

Once the integration is set up and the custom code is published on your Wix site:

* Payment events  configured by the custom code) will be sent to our platform.
* You can monitor these incoming events, view their details, and check the status of your integration directly within our portal, typically under the **Integrations** section or a dedicated **Event Log**.
